Experience: I've managed 2 new builds In Houston. I flipped a new house. I took a risk by buying a house in what I referred to as a "DMZ" area in Houston. Improved the house and sold it for 26k profit. I have also project managed the 2 new builds I have done and learned an immense amount especially with quality control and dealing with new build contractors. While living in London I rented homes from landlords and then sublet the rooms to professional tenants and essentially double my income per month from my regular job. Real Estate Goals: I want to build capital via flipping to be able to invest in buy and hold single family, multi family and apartments in and around Houston.
