Since graduating college many years ago, I've been working for a large tech company ever since, both in the bay area and now in the Sacramento area. My job position as a project manager is rewarding but i'd like to plan for the long term future. August 2015: i now am a licensed CA real estate agent with a great mentor in the sacramento area. October 2015: just purchased my first rental, in mempis TN!
