_________________________________ About Me Long long ago I received a Degree in Accounting & went to work in an office. Yuck! I then went on to form and run an Electrical & Remodeling Contracting Company In the Salt Lake City area. About 16 years ago we decided we wanted to own rental properties and started down that road. That evolved into all aspects of real estate investing. Currently I like to purchase long term holds subject 2 & purchase distressed properties to rehab.
