We are full service Developers based in Toronto and unscathed by the US meltdown. We are looking to partner with investors on added value Multi Family deals in the US Eastern Seaboard and Texas. We have formed BGI Capital as a conduit for Loans to partner with investors. We’re aggressively looking for an edge through non performing Note and/or Asset purchases -we’ll look after delivering the finished product as Rental or Condo Conversion.
