I am a US Army veteran working as a security project manager. I have over 10 years in construction and multifamily development experience including working for a nationally ranked developer. I very much enjoy to learn, especially about building and green technologies. I divide my time between work, building a business, exercise, SCUBA diving, and adventure motorcycle riding. I believe that hard work always pays off and a positive attitude is one of the greatest assets a person can possess. I started JDT Properties in 2020 to build an investment company. We focus on single-family and duplex rentals utilizing the BRRRR strategy in the Milwaukee Wisconsin area. We are always looking for ways to improve our product and provide service to others. Our goal is to provide a sustainable, desirable, and safe homes for the city of Milwaukee and influence a community pride.
