I am recently divorced and 5 years from retirement. I prefer to have nice passive income and not return to the 8-5 grind. I am certain that adding a couple more rentals to my portfolio will make my future brighter and more FREE! I can think outside the box and I am a smart risk-taker. I prefer investments that I can "touch"! I have a strong marketing and sales background through my career and I am happy to share my expertise with others.
