Hi, I'm Grace - a seasoned finance professional (CPA and CFA) looking to generate additional income streams through real estate. My husband and I currently own a duplex and SFR in SoCal and short term rentals in CA and TN. We are planning to leverage, invest out of state (AZ, FL, IN, NC, NV, OH, OR, VA) and generate at least $20,000 monthly cash flow by 2023 through acquiring more STRs and adding units to our existing properties.
