About myself
I value real estate for many reasons. The two main reasons being, 1) the potential of creating income, and 2) the actual structures. I enjoy analyzing deals, talking about possible deals, and finding a deal. I enjoy all the moving parts that comes with real estate investing. The financing, rehabbing and the renting. I'm looking forward to learning more about all aspects of REI.
