Gregory Rankel

My name is Gregory Rankel; I am a licensed builder and a newly licensed real estate agent in Michigan. I have a full time job at Ford Motor Company and work with heavy duty gas engines. I am a family man and I enjoy traveling as often as I can. Experience: I have personally been involved with several different aspects in the real estate and construction fields. In real estate, I have experience in acquisition, contract negotiation, tenant screening and placement, land contracts, wholesales, buy and holds, and flips. In construction, I have knowledge of all characteristics in building; I also have extensive involvement in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and an expertise in creating outdoor living spaces. I have been involved in numerous large-scale building/landscape construction projects.
