Hello! I'm am a Realtor in SE Michigan and my wife and I currently own and Manage our personal portfolio of 41 units all located in Michigan. Our portfolio consists of 3 apartment buildings and 1 side by side duplex. (Don't you just love side by side duplex's?) We started out with very little money and bought 1 rental with no idea of what we were doing.
