I’m Grayson. My wife and I are rental property investors, occasional wholesalers, and manage our own properties. We have a Fourplex, SFR, and are working on our second Fourplex. I’m active duty and work full time. We have rehabbed two units and are going to rehab the rest as the tenants move out.
