Hello all! I am a construction business owner in Northern Colorado as well as a local and long distance real estate investor! Our construction business focuses on residential remodeling work such as basement finishing and re-roofs! We do also service commercial and flat roofs and do a lot of service work at commercial properties. Excited to grow this business into a legendary local and even national service company! Our real estate investing is evolving as need and opportunity arise. We are currently using it to shelter money from our businesses! That being said we own three single family homes in addition to our primary residence that we also lend out as a short term rental when we travel! We have one BRRR out of state that is stabilized and doing very well, excited to invest out of state again! A new construction that we house hacked to a long term rental by living in it for 18 months. And a large project, a gutted home with many structural issues that we are currently remodeling.
