I've wholesaled, rehabbed, trained, coached and helped scale investing business that were wanting more. Real estate investing helped my wife and I pay off $130,000 in debt in under 3 years! My main focus now is as a hard money lender helping investors growth their businesses by providing affordable capital. I am always looking for deals, private money partners and people looking to grow their businesses. My goal is to continue developing my buy and hold portfolio over the next few years.
