About myself
Love being an active and now more passive investor. Purchased and rehabbed a mobile home park, and the sold after creating a note. Fixed and flipped or held multiple properties. Purchased a beach property and STR as vacation rental for 16 years. Been a landlord and property manager for several student rentals and residential properties for a number of years. Enjoy being around active investors who are passionate about what they bring to the table.
