We buy sell and lease houses in the Michiana area. Experience: We have bought and sold over 50 properties houses over the last six years. We currently have over 30 rentals and flip between 5 and 10 houses per year. We expect to move into wholesaling on a small scale primarily to feed our need for properties each year. We are looking for people with similar interests and ideas to bounce ideas back and forth with. Real Estate Goals: to get to 25 rentals or sales on notes by next March 2017 and to have 100 by the time my youngest graduates (7 years) We have 12 now and a couple of flip houses in process. (We flip wholesale and hold). UPDATE As it is March 2017 thought I would update where I actually am. As of the end of April we will be at 23 rentals. Not sure we will get to the 100 in 7 years but still chugging along and think we can be at or near 30 by the end of 2017.
