Greg Dowdell

Currently working full time in sales for data center infrastructure equipment and have been in RI almost my whole life. I grew up in South County and love the beach, volleyball, cycling, basketball and basically anything else team based that gets me outside moving. Experience: Working with my father to acquire a 50% share of the office building he currently owns using seller financing. We are looking to convert one of the office units to the first apartment of the building and move from there. Real Estate Goals: I will invest in multifamily properties around RI. By summer of 2018 I would like to own a 3 unit property. I want to get as much hands on experience as possible demolishing, rebuilding, fixing, and installing attributes of a home.
