Greetings Everyone, I have been involved in the real estate and financial industries for over 20 years as a Real Estate Broker, Investor, Business Banker, and Teacher/Coach. On the teaching/coaching side, I have taught numerous Real Estate Licensing classes, Buy and Hold Investing, House Flipping, Buying Foreclosures, Short Sales, and more. I have also spent some time in the entertainment industry, coaching film actors, attorneys, TV & Radio personalities, Tony Robbins national speakers, and business people, in acting techniques, public speaking and self-confidence. Experience: My experience started on the finance side, working as Business Banker for Wells Fargo Bank. I jumped into real estate in 2003, got a Real Estate Brokers license, and set up an office with agents. We did a large number of transactions – mostly residential. When the mortgage crisis hit, the market was flooded with foreclosures and short sales. I became a short sale expert, negotiated many deals with the various banks, and got involved on the investment side. Whether the market is going up, down, or sideways, the real estate opportunities out there are truly limitless! Currently Seeking: I am always on the lookout for good investment opportunities - especially residential rehabs or new construction ADUs/Multiunits.
