I have always had a profound interest in real estate investing. Most of my weekends as a child were spent working on flips with my dad. My childhood experiences led to my passion for real estate investing and I ended up getting my degree in Construction, Science, and Management at Clemson University. After graduation, I worked as a Project Manager for a general contractor for 2 years. At that point, I had the construction experience and I wanted to get the lending side of Real Estate Investing down as well for my personal and professional goals. I now work for Lima One Capital.
