28 year old, engineer, Adams County resident. Born and raised in northern Adams county, today I work locally at a manufacturing plant. I'm looking to become heavily involved in the BRRRR strategy to grow my wealth and gain financial independence for myself and family. Currently, my goals are to understand and network as much as possible to advance my progress towards my first BRRRR. I, like many others, have bought several MFH units using conventional methods and have run in to the ever-notorious cash supply problem.
