My wife & I are part time real estate investors in the St. Louis metro area. We currently own single family houses in St. Louis County. We are looking to expand our portfolio through multi-family. My wife became a Keller Williams real estate agent last fall and loves it!!! Our goal is to replace my income at some point in the future. Until then, we continue to grind away.
