About myself
51 years old. Ready for change. Working on my bachelor's degree in real estate studies online. Want to get my Broker's license for real estate and also mortgage officer. I plan to take early retirement and finish school. I own my own home and rent out two rooms for additional revenue. I'll have a very small pension check, but plan on going into real estate full time here in California. I'm also thinking of investing out of the country in Panama, Central America.
