I am currently a professional passive investor with assets in single family homes, multifamily syndication's, mobile home park syndication's, self storage syndication's, and ATM syndication's. Prior to that I was a second generation custom home builder and President of Boyer Custom Homes, inc. & Boyer Contracting. We built luxury custom homes, performed large remodel & additions, and constructed small to midsize commercial ground up projects as well as tenant finish-out. I was an active real estate investor from 1995-2017 with experience in single family residences, commercial development, ownership and property management. After selling my last commercial property in 2017 I moved 100% of my investment portfolio to passive real estate investments.
