I'm a 37 year old public safety professional, Paramedic, Firefighter, Police Officer, who's had a great twenty year (two years volunteer, eighteen paid) career. After nearly nine years living and working as an expat, I've settled in Phoenix, Arizona. I've had a bit of a career change. Now doing Organ Recovery Coordination for the Donor Network of Arizona. I have an interest and a goal to eventually start buying buy/hold SFU & FMU properties. And in time, learn the Fix & Flip game with the idea of doing so then selling these to people looking for "TurnKey" rentals. Mobile home investing is also something I have a keen interest in as well.
