I have over twenty years of real estate related experience. I've had my California real estate brokers license for twenty years and have been licensed in Idaho for three. I represent both buyers and sellers in residential and residential income transactions. Now I have teamed up with Keller Williams and am able draw upon their vast resources. As a former real estate attorney, I was Vice President and Litigation Counsel for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, counsel for a boutique mortgage banking law firm and I operated my own real estate related law practice for many years before moving to Idaho. Until joining Keller Williams, I have been rehabbing homes for resale or rental. I live and work in Buhl, on Salmon Falls Creek. I get up every day and say to myself “I would pay to vacation here.” I love where I live, and I believe in the local community. I have what it takes to truly be a local real estate expert. Not just expertise in negotiation and marketing, but a love and understanding of our beautiful Magic Valley.
