I’m a licensed broker and active real estate investor based in Charlotte, NC. My main focus is investment real estate and properties that don’t always fit the traditional retail mold, including fix-and-flips, rentals, distressed properties, inherited homes, tenant-occupied properties, and homes that need significant repairs or creative problem-solving. I enjoy digging into the numbers, evaluating different exit strategies, and figuring out what actually makes sense for a deal. That might mean buying as-is, renovating and reselling, holding as a rental, listing traditionally, or sometimes deciding the best deal is the one you don’t do. I joined BiggerPockets to connect with other investors, learn from people who have been doing this longer than I have, and continue building relationships throughout the Charlotte and Carolinas real estate community.
