Gregory Rice

My name is Gregory Rice and I am the GM for Nexus Property Management. I currently oversee the management of countless apartments, condos, single families, and commercial property throughout New England. We currently have a vacancy rate of less than 1% (.045%) and specialize in finding owner-approved tenants in less than 3 weeks. In addition to our day to day operations, we have started offering our franchise model to those interested in running their own property management business, but not having to start from scratch! On the side, I look to add to my buy and hold portfolio with multi-family residential properties in the RI/MA area.
