I am an investor with experience mostly in public securities and private placements. In the last 3 years we've purchased more than $3M of RE and are looking for more! I love anything outdoors (which is why I live in Utah). I love sports and spending time with my awesome wife and 5 kids. I love the BP community already and am excited to help contribute what I can as I learn on my journey. Experience: BRRR'd a 33 unit fractured condo deal with partners and had a great experience turning it around and exiting in 3 years! We have done lease option deals, own some long term rentals and are now developing a vacation rental in the beautiful ski town of Eden, UT. My day job is owner of a steel fabrication business where we specialize in multifamily housing which is where I want to take my real estate investing along with a few partners. I'm always looking for multifamily deals and potentially interesting in offering financing to other investors. Real Estate Goals: I am looking to add 50-100 Multifamily units per year to my portfolio and building out a great management team to manage them while I focus on acquisitions and strategy of how to improve them. This is a long term play for me and not a flip. I'm always interested in good partners, because of my background I have investors who can bring money to the right deals. Currently Seeking: I am looking for Mom and Pop owner multifamily housing properties (20-100 units) with some value add options. I want to start in my local region of Utah and Idaho.
