I love BP and the many new friends and contacts I have made here. I started investing about 10 years ago acquiring SFRs in AZ and looking to expand to other markets and multi family investments. Excited to meet, partner and learn from some of the many seasoned members of BP. Happy to lend advice or knowledge for the Phoenix and SF Bay area markets. Experience: I have been investing in mainly SFR to date in AZ and Indy but recently expanded to Multi Syndication in Indy and Tampa. I have also added a condo in Scottsdale for AirBnB so stay tuned for some updates there. Still exploring additional SFR/Multi in new areas. Most interested in FL, TX, OH and IN. Real Estate Goals: I am looking to build a solid cash flow portfolio of 25-30 SFR and a few Apartments to compliment my retirement portfolio by 2030.
