Gabriel Riley

I live in the booming city of Chattanooga, TN I'm a GIS Analyst for a Utility Company looking to change my focus to real estate investing. I've been listing to every BP podcasts and video I can in my spare time and it has me more and more focused on my battle plan and building my portfolio and even where to start. I wanna start with single family homes and I plan on purchasing my first one this year and doing my first BRRRR. I already have the home picked out and I'm working with the seller on price right now. I'm always looking to expand my network and I'm always open to partners so we can both help each other. If you want to talk I'm always willing to listen and I hope to learn as much from you as you from me. My Goals are to do real estate investing full time for the rest of my life and I plan on quiting my day job within 5 years after my portfolio meets my passive income. Maybe I can do that even sooner depending on the network. I'm on Bigger Pockets everyday so contact me if you want to talk. Always Hunting, Always Hungry
