My interest in realestate began after I gradated from college but it wasn't until 2011 that I began doing more research. In 2012, my husband and I purchased our first 2 unit property and a 3 unit property in 2014. Most recently in 2015 we acquired an 8 unit property and two single family homes which we will flip over next few months . We continue to seek multi-family properties in and around the Chicago area. I recently passed the IL Broker exam and plan to leverage my license for advancement of our business and potentially as a full-time career in the future. I currently hold a full-time job working in Accounting/Finance consulting for a global firm and have a CPA license.
