Living in Austin since 2004 with my wife and two young kids. I'm working for a small alternative asset investment firm and would like to branch out into real estate to diversify my family's retirement income and savings. Experience: I learned a ton from binge-listening to every single BP podcast :) I currently own 26 (inexpensive) SFRs in St. Louis. Also, I have a Texas real estate license. Real Estate Goals: Build a portfolio of 100 rental SFRs/units and retire when they're fully paid for.
