Guillermo Matias

As Owner rep, Guillermo manages all consultants and trades of multifamily real estate development projects. Prior to working on development, Guillermo worked as a general contractor overseeing all the construction activities from subcontractor and vendor buyouts to unit turnover. In the last decade, Guillermo’s focus has been wood frame construction on various multifamily projects in the Carolinas. Earlier in his career, Guillermo played a role in various commercial jobs in Florida, Virginia, and the Carolinas. Guillermo has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and an Master of Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
