My american name is "William". I been in the car business for 20 years. I owned 3 Buy Here Pay Here lots with my wife. Now i am getting divorced and i am looking to use the same hard work principles and criteria to get my Real Estate Portfolio going. I am very successful in the automobile business. I am looking for mentors, investors, teachers,partners and anyone that i can meet and learn from them and maybe they can learn something from me too. Well 18 months after starting my journey I bought 45 properties and sold some of them. As of Aug 2023 I have 6 rentals and bought my first multifamily only 6 apts of 1/1. Im rehabbing it to refinance and rented. I owned some single families homes in Macon GA and Columbus GA. I have several contractors ready to help any investor in the Macon and Columbus GA.
