I am a lifelong Indianapolis resident. Married with 3 sons and 10 grandchildren. A lifelong IT professional who within the past 7 years has started investing in buy and hold rental units. Two of our sons are successful real estate agents here in central Indiana. I enjoy woodworking and golf. I am very handy when it comes to home improvement projects. Just recently helped one son rehab a house that his family is moving into. I really enjoy crunching numbers (Excel is my friend!)
