Update April 2021 My business is starting to really take off. I have added 4 duplexes in the last two years. I am currently under contract to buy an additional 3 duplexes. I also added an acreage with a mobile home. May add another in the near future. I self manage my properties and have added others to the ones I manage. I'm learning new things everyday. I have taken college courses in accounting and real estate. I'm learning the book side of record keeping and real-estate concepts like appraisals, financing and market evaluations. I built a solid team of support (lawyer, accountant, insurance agent and financial advisor). I have mentors and have become a mentor to others. The Lord has blessed me that I might be a blessing to others.
