Justin Whitfield

I am from Anderson, South Carolina. I graduated from Clemson University in 2012 with a BA in History. I bought my first rental property when I was 22 and have been an active investor since. However, my experience began at an early age. My parents and grandparents all owned rental properties when I was growing up, and I spent every summer I can remember helping my dad perform repairs and maintenance on their rentals. I currently have 12 rental units, and help manage over 40 units that are held by my family. I have also been involved in a few flips and new construction projects, as well as some limited private lending. Overall I have been involved in over 50 deals and transactions.
