First and foremost I am a husband to my wife and father to my 4 kids. I work full time as a prosthetist and am also building my real estate business and portfolio. I have been on the general partnership side of a syndication, purchased and operated rental properties, joint ventured on flips, done private lending, and invested as limited partner. My focus now is on apartment syndication and growing my personal portfolio. Experience: I am limited partner on over 750 units through apartment syndications. I am a general partner on a 348 unit syndication I own 19 units in western Pennsylvania as an out of state investor. Real Estate Goals: My goals for 2019 are to grow my investor network to over 250 individuals, acquire a 30+ unit building in a new market (Huntsville, AL), and syndicate another 200+ unit deal.
