I'm a general contractor for ~20 years, RE investor for >13 years. But I still have lots to learn and improve myself. I've been flipping part time while remodeling my investor-clients' flips the whole time. Now I'm making a switch to full time flipping & investing in buy & hold. My main focus will be land development, additions to add value, and demolish to rebuild.
