I'm Hajra........ I build real estate data for investors. County records, tax delinquent lists, probate, absentee owners, all matched into one clean row per property. Most of my work is in Ohio and West Virginia. For one investor I pulled 798,628 properties across five Ohio counties (Franklin alone has 498,409 parcels), and we're still working together. I also run LeadCounty, where we turn public county records into motivated seller lists. I don't own rentals yet..... I'm here to learn how investors actually use the data, and to help with data and list questions where I can.
