I'm a new investor from Boston and I'm looking forward to jumping into this crazy market! I'm a professional graphic designer/web designer by day but I've recently been bitten by the real estate bug. As much as I like what I do, I always have to be billing hourly to make money - why not put that money into assets that will perform for me?
