Moved back to Nashville Area a little over a year ago. I love the Nashville Area. Love to be active (when we can), Love most Sports, do some Golfing, and play some novice Tennis. Family and Friends, mainly in the South. Have many years experience in North Mississippi (Suburb of Memphis, TN) and knowledgeable​ in Nashville & Davidson County, TN market. Experience: In the Real Estate Industry for over 36 years. Started at 18 years old. All facets, Brokerage, Residential, Commercial, Property Management, Built over 1200 homes, several small Commercial Centers, owned over 70 Rental Properties. Hit pretty hard by Real Estate Market correction, and have spent last 5 years in the Vacation Rental Industry. Real Estate Goals: I am excited about getting back into an Industry that I have so much experience in and have loved for most of my Business Life. I welcome any input, ideas, or networking opportunities anyone has to offer. Currently Seeking: Interested in some Wholesaling (limited - if deal is not good for my portfolio), Also, interested in some Buy/Holds, and some Fix & Flips. I was doing many fix & flips, before it was "cool'. Will be working in the North Mississippi, Nashville, TN, Areas mainly, Have a future interest in Denver Area, but just not familiar enough with this market yet.
