I am a new real estate investor just getting my feel wet in the market. In 2017 my husband and I completed our first two profitable rehabs. Since then we have completed 5 projects with our "personal best" flip bringing in 100K in profit. Apart from real estate, I work in the Cyber Security industry as a Security Monitoring Engineer to bring in our W2 income. Our goals for the future are to find creative ways to create value in homes by pursuing "oddball" projects like house moves.
