My background: Concurrent to a 18 year corporate career focused on business operations and account management / client service for technology and software companies, spent nearly 15 years as a real estate investor "side hustle" having successfully completed a multitude of flips in NC, FL, AZ and CA, as well as trust deed and private equity lending, in order to build a buy-and-hold portfolio within the greater San Diego, CA market. More than a decade of residential property management experience. Later procured my real estate license to leverage my RE Investing & Corporate Operations experience to help other investors and businesses find and execute sales and leasing deals for their business across a variety of commercial asset classes.
