Hi there. I'm Hannah Grady Williams, a 22-year-old Gen Z'r and have the pleasure of serving as an employee engagement consultant for companies seeking to attract, recruit, hire, and engage Gen Z talent. I’ve had the privilege of consulting major brands for 5+ years with Biltmore Center for Professional Development, following my college graduation at the age of 18. All this being said, I'm a new real estate investor. My family's been investing in residential real estate (SFR and small multi-family) for 25+ years, but I'm just starting to build my own portfolio, and am actively investing here in the Asheville area.
