Han is the principal of Multifamily Real Estate Investment Firm, HS Investment LLC and also an active duty member of the United States Navy for nearly 8 years as First-Class Petty Officer. Now station on shore duty and fully focusing on building multifamily apartment portfolios. Han began his real estate ventures in 2011 as a realtor back in Singapore and sold over 3 million worth of real estate. After joining Navy, Han’s passion for real estate could not stop and he took advantage of VA loan. He started buying single family house as a Seaman as live in flip. Then, he acquired 1 more single-family house and 1 duplex while he stations at sea duty at Norfolk, VA. Besides that, Han has become a Command Financial Specialist, educating hundreds of Sailors on personal finance and creating long term wealth through real estate investing.
