Ben Hanvelt

I am in my 30's living in Wisconsin. I was a contractor for 10 years but have been a full time real estate investor since the pandemic. I didn't get serious about investing in real estate until my senior year of college while complaining about paying rent to someone else. I own all of my properties with partners. As of 12/31/21 we will have 282 units under asset management. 66 of these are owned by me and 3 partners and 216 will be owned by me and 2 of those same partners. Once we have purchased the additional units my wife and I will be FI. Going forward my plan is to continue to look for large apartments buildings and portfolios for this same investment group but my true interest will be in small to mid size multifamily with the goal of bringing friends and family into the investing world. I enjoy hunting, fishing, traveling, outdoors, and spending time with friends and family. My wife and I recently had a baby girl (2/2/21) and have two dogs.
