Hello... My name is Jason Balin and I am a full time private money lender based in Columbia, Maryland. I co-founded Hard Money Bankers in 2007 and have been running it full time with my partner Chris Haddon since then.. We have lent on a lot of different asset classes which is helped me learn a lot of about different markets and real estate assets including: residential houses, office, multi-family, mixed-use, retail and self-storage projects. My busienss partner and I also have written 3 books and currently host 2 podcasts: Private Lenders Podcast and Real Estate Reserve Podcast.
