I have been involved in real estate for over 25 years. Throughout those years I have worn almost every hat possible. Flipper, Large Portfolio Landlord, residential and commercial properties, wholesaler, etc... During those years like every other investor I spent a lot of time looking for funds to grow my business. This constant chase for money has lead me to some very fortunate relationships that allowed me to find my true calling to help other investors as a commercial loan broker. Because of my background as an investor and my deep understanding of hard money and how private equity investors, family funds, hedge funds and other sources of opportunity money work that naturally became my focus. My specific interest is to network with like minded investors and help them fulfill their investing goals. Unlike most hard money lenders I have a twist offering both real estate hard money loans and business hard money loans for real estate investors, flippers, landlords, etc... that do not require collateral and the funds can be used for any reason.
