I had a 2 family years ago and ended up having to sell due to divorce. I now want to invest in more rental so I can be financially free! Also looking for private lenders to help me with down payments and closing costs for my first few rentals. I have great credit so getting loans is not a problem. Am currently a MLO an started working for a lender.
