I’ve been following BP for over 5 years now. I’m fresh out of college & recently left Houston, TX to move to Fort Worth, TX for a job opportunity. I’ve spent the last few years preparing myself to buy my first rental, pretty much just building up capital and credit since I was 18. I’m 22 now & wanting to get started house hacking here in Fort Worth, TX as soon as I learn a bit more about the market & settle into my new job. I’m a firm believer that real estate is one of the best wealth building tools out there & I fully plan on spending my 20s taking advantage of it so that I can live comfortably for the rest of my life.
